This weekend, Pong and I went to Jomtien beach to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to celebrate our first year together. February 24th is the actual day. Nothing special happened....coffee and breakfast on a nice balcony (something we don't have in bangkok), one day shopping...one day sleeping...home by about 1am every night....but it was 4 uninterupted days just me and Pong.

This year, I will turn 40, my daughter will visit from canada, my job is good and looks to continue that way. I have made many good friends and generally feel quite comfortable with my life. But when it comes down to it, the one thing I am most grateful for is Pong. We are by no means perfect...but we will last a long time as I truely believe we were meant to be together.

Any level of commitment in any relationship can be gauged by the level to which you are willing to stand up publically and say "Yes, this is my woman, and I am her man! Let no other come between us!!"

Yep... nice to see happy couples around...

I have sorted most things in my life out... and I had some creases to iron.. but that all done now, I could do to have someone that I could say all that (crap) about.

It's one thing to be able to stand up and say what you said... good man, can't deny being a little envious of happy couples, at least it gives me hope.

My sadness is in seeing more and more girls who are not willing to make commitment.

I met both of U once in person but I do like U and especially Pong. She is pretty cute and she's got something that make people feel good and comfortable to be around. I could feel her kindness and warmth.
