It happened to me before and i confronted her to my boss cause she kept doing it to me since i joined the company. The next thing i know she didn't get promotion in being a manager *big grin* don't ever mess with the best *smug*

I have been battling with the other bar manager where I work since I started in November he cant take change.

He is jealous because I have lots of different skills that he does not have, I work with music, video, graphic design and have great promotional skills and also I am a pretty good communicator.

Every time I have a day off he will call me and complain about something very trivial and has complained to the Boss that I don't make Cocktails fast.

The three of us sat down recently and the boss explained to him once and for all that I was not employed to make stupid cocktails that the profits where up over 25% since I started, I had taken over many jobs that to outsource would cost a fortune and that he had to stop complaining about silly little things and look at the real picture.

He is still bitching about me to the old staff but it no longer matters because the boss has put him in his place lol

enjoy the jealousy...you must have lots of good things that they dont have/can never have.

If people are jealous of you, it's actually a sign that you're doing quite well...Otherwise, why would somebody else feel treathened by you?

I don't know why this keeps happening, OutOfOrder, I'm working as a manager, but I'm still able to keep it in my pants. Sex with employees is a big NO-NO. I've seen one of my partners doing it and trust me, he was the most unhappy person coming at work after a while.
