No don't listen to the last one. Everyone gets angry and says things they do not mean. The important thing is that when he says sorry, and he will, accept and don't hold it against him. words are things that can easily be forgotten. Ask why he was angry, maybe he was jealous of something, remember guys are not very intelligent creatures, they are not like woman and tend to act like children when upset. Long distance relationship is never easy, but you dont need to listen that kind of stuff from anyone. We all have bad days and we are moody, but still we need to behave.

I am happy to see many thai girls saying that "the important is he said sorry". In may case my "apologies" have never been accepted and, if I wanted to continue, I had to learn how to control my emotions and related bad words (which in my culture are very commonly used).

it was very difficult. f***ing hard, but I did improve and you know what? This it helped me a lot in my relations with thais in general
