I wanna talk about Thai food.It seems very easy to cook but... not at all. I can tell you it's not easy to get the recipe' I search from the net til I got the reliable one. Then I try to do it.This menu called "Hoi Tod"  Ë÷ô fried mussel pancakes Just hope I got the right English name lolIngradients:" I did everything as it says but my first dish... look so sucks... about the taste I couldn't call it "Hoi Tod" at all... and I afraid to feed the dog. (It will break my heart if it walk away, lol)So I tried again. 2nd time wasn't bad at all...I added more water in the mixed flour...

First put mixed flour in pan... (Extreamly hot pan) then put mussels on it, and then put an egg, as you have seen in the below picBefore it get burn, flip it... fry it for a while... and leave it in the pan. Then put bean sprouts and smashed garlic in the pan... until in smells good.Put fried bean sprouts in dish then cover it with fried mussel.

It looks better and taste nicer I can tell Eat with dipping souce and fresh bean sprouts make taste better
