After browsing, I found 3 different forms of Schengen Application VISA form.  Guess if I browsing more I would even found more. Anyone could give me advice by post the link here which one is most updated and will be accepted by German Consulate office in Bangkok. ( Last time Boss have been rejected from UK embassy using old version of VISA form prepared by me  I will not let that kind of mistake happens again )

Andy na rak, I called German Embassy asked about that form as well, a girl officer told me that it looks not good I better get from somewhere else or come get it at her office . And I tried to call again asking about multientry visa fee, they put me in auto answer voice which keep telling please call between 13.30-15.00 while I was calling 14.10 .. what did that mean ? FTW!

from my experience with my german Karacha Ghan colleagues it is always better to make an appointment at the embassy to clear up any questions that might occur.

Carry those filled-in forms, applications whatsoever and all the papers necessary with you. Make sure you have everything with you. These embassy clerks are used to deny visas to rural thai women with their lo-so farang friends. If you apply in person for your own business or vacation visa, they will see things in a different light.

Thanks for the comment, but I arranging/preparing for boss actually which everything have to be perfect before hand ( As mentioned, I did once mistake at UK (broker) embassy, if i do it again it could affects my working performance lol ). If i apply for myself, there has nothing beyond my hands to handle ;-)

Your boss must move his executive ass ) to the embassy himself. As Damnam comment, prepare all info. and paper and go the embassy. There were certain things he has to do it himself, the same as many bosses around the world.

:-) @ P' Nicky, my (flat) executive ass boss has got the privilege not to go apply visa by himself ja. He has frequency rate enough for agent to do for him. Only thing he has to do this time is sign the application form (which i m browsing now)

I don't know about German's Schengen visa form ja but from my experience I have got it from Belgium's visa application center website , Lucky that all UK embassy use @VFS@ service which something good about it as well. and Yes when i was in application center, many people got wrong form as well but the official just only ask them to fill again. Not a big deal for Schengen visa ja.

Obviously, the visa forms of the Schengen countries are slightly different, depending on the country. So the best would be to always use the form of the country you are applying for, in your case the German one. Normally, the embassy websites (or MOFA websites) have these forms ready for download.

I think you better download from Germany embassy website.

No reason for the embassy to reject visa because of using the not so good look form (PDF form) as long as its shown in their website.
