Jim Jum at home
In our family there are a few bachelors and we have the nice habit to come together from time to time for a nice dinner and a chat. It was my turn and I invited my 2 brothers and 1 friend (nearly a brother) for a real Asian evening. It started with a Pina colada (I know it's not really Asain, but it's exotic at least), then nems (small loempîa's) as a starter and the main dish was Jim Jum and we finished with coffee and an ice cream with pieces of mango. They loved the Jim Jum (tiger prawns, squid, fish, beef, chicken and lot of vegetables) and especially the sauce (with thanks to Joyce and Kenny).
I enjoyed it very much. Tonight I'll eat the leftover hehehehe.
