Nope, not creepy to me. Many young girls in DK play with dolls that way. I have seen like 10000 times, and it's ok to play with dolls like that. Mother instinct thing, I think.

Why is it creepy to you?

@pandorea

mother instinc is a natural female human instinct I agree as a lot of other womanly things. same with guys we do a lot of gender things just out of sheer natural instinct. it's not the topic or message that i'm having trouble with. the doll would be more suitable for a teenager as an instructional device. is she too young? what is the right age that question is up to the parents. some things are best verablly explained. the birds and bees story was explained to me by my parents at a young age and I got it without them even showing me or acting it out kids are smarter than we give them credit for they understand a whole lot of things. if a little girl is acting out what she sees mommy doing on a toy that she is playing with I think mommy should explain to her. big difference with a toy specifically designed for this not a little girl acting out or role playing on a normal doll. as she would be playing with the doll and instinctly do this. - but absolutely thank you for your honest oppinion...

Many of my friends have girls at age 4-8. All of them have got dolls like that and they play with it the same way as that little girl in the VDO does. They change their dolls diapers, wash them, feed them also and sometime when they upset with something they will say their dolls upset. Basically, those dolls have more meaning to those little girls beyond our understanding.

You've raised a good question tho' "is she too young?". IMO, playing with dolls has no age limit since we all have needs to "play", simple as that.

I agree that the parents have important roles in how their kids play and with what they are playing.

Anyway, I've seen some young kids (boys) in TH. play humping trees. and you know what, that's creepy to me.

toma, childen toys are stereotypical gender and toys a reflection of our society. So, "Girl, know your place" fits well.

It's an interesting topic, GoodKarma.

Seems ok to me but little boys should play as well as long as they dont try to breat feed!

LakeGeneve, You get it wrong. I didn't say they harm any tree, please don't bite me. The questions are, where that kind of behaviour came from? Was it natural to young boys to hump trees?

- OMG - ROTFL - that is a bit creepy..I guess if it was an apple tree all of the apples would be on the ground... :)but earlier what I was trying express was that weither we realize it or not boys and girls do a lot of stuff instintively...some kids are ready for the birds and the bees story sooner than others....

@lake

please be careful next thing you know you will be know as a tree hugger....lol that was very funny funny dude...

@primetime

I've seen the burp part before the breastfeeding thing just threw me a curve some things just look natual and some don't is all...

omg im still laughing at the humping of the trees I know its not funny tho parents should address this issue of behaviour....those little young whipper snappers..kids sometimes say and do the darndest things...
