Losing Weight

I'm sure there are some fitness buffs on this website. I am trying to lose some weight. I want to start eating healthier but it seems like it costs a lot of money to eat well. It might just be me and where I live. Food tends to cost quite a bit.

What type of meals and foods do you guys eat to maintain/lose your weight??

Biggest thing I think is not eating too late in the evening before bed. I'm not very strict on this, but I'll eat a lot of crap before the early afternoon, and start *trying* to eat healthy as the sun starts to go down.

Also, spending more time on your feet helps a lot. Try not to get stuck at the desk for too long. Oh yeah, work out.

Eat a lot before the bed time, eat lots of cake, smoke like a chimney and drink like a fish!! then take some Orlistat medicine to get rid of fat, Glocosanol to get rid of Carb, paracetamol for headache, some vitamin and mineral tablets and Alopam 15 mg x 2 per day... and you will be happy as a puppy with 2 tails.

When I try not to eat meat and substitute it by eggs...I get horny (more than the usual)! And when I talk about this to people I know they just laugh at me.

Try lowering your sodium intake, eat smaller meals more frequently, don't eat late, and if working out with weights, try lowering your weight and doing more reps. Also, cardio for 1/2 hr helps. I lost over 7 kilos in a month recently by changing my workouts to less weight, higher reps and eating the same, just less. Good luck, its not easy to change your style.
