Florence to me will always be the most beautiful city on this planet. I lived there for a couple of months and would love to do it again (if it were in Thailand ;-)

Were you still in England for the hot weather two weeks ago? France is also beautiful, and closer than Italy.

I think London sucks but Rome more suck, Paris is nicer and I almost forgot USA because of Paris!!!

everything in Italy too complicated for me, they are speak only Italian and I couldn't understand anything, that's really suck.

Milan is only shopping, Venice is nice but it was too cold when I was there, Florence is the city that I found Galileo, Pisa is nothing except Torre pendente di Pisa and Rome is nothing I can say except dirty and boring because I couldn't find anywhere to go out at night.

I think they took you out into the countryside and told you that you were in Rome. Rome is a huge city with lots to do.

It's true that most of the stuff that jumps out at you seems tame. You can sit in a beautiful plaza and enjoy a meal or have a coffee (or beer) in the evening. But if you jump in a taxi and ask them to take you to a nightclub you'll see a much different side of the city.

I didn't understand what they say but I only understand their body language, so that how I got the place I wanted to go. The Metro in Rome is really really dirty.

I'm not sure I believe that nobody in Rome speaks English though. Every time I've been in Rome I've been unable to practice my Italian (which sucks worse than my Thai) because everybody wanted to practice their English on me.

Something tells me we're not hearing the whole story :-)
