The rules are pretty simple... 1, Dont get hit (priceless information) 2, Each game The res is first to 11 (winner has to be points clear e.g. 12-10 or 13-11) 3, Your serve has to diagonal from one box to the other and has to get above the middle red line. 4, The bottom redline and top redline are out. 5, The rest of it is just short bursts of energy, expect sore glutes afterwards.lol Enjoy.
