I have been told about "Kui Chai" it's kind dim sum...

yeah it's my favorite food ever. I think the best one sell at Bangrak, the vendor is champion. She start sell "Kui Chai" at 8 am. Kui Chai will be sold out in 30 mins. So people line up wait to buy it.

Then I got info today about a Kui Chai shop... people said it was so delicious, the best one in Bangkok. hmmm I saw the pics from my friend's e-mail, I think it must be good ones.

My friend asked if i wanna order, i said "sure" I wanna try it... So she said if "you order today, you can eat about July or Aug.about 6 months"

"Seriously??" I think 6 hrs. is long enough, but 6 months?? oh come on, you must be kidding.

So i search on website, if they have those kind of Kui Chai shop, the shop looks like this...it's on Rama 4 road, real home made... only 2 old chinese women cook, one guy take order...

I don't know, I'm just impatient person... if those places or restaurants have many people in que I won't wait... I will go to other restaurants.

Only one restaurant that I can be patient of the owner / workers manners is Yong Lee (grilled duck) restaurant at the corner of Sukhumvit soi 15. I went there when they took a break... so they denied to sell grilled duck, so I stood in front of the restaurant just to buy one home... silly, wasn't it.

Anyway, just ordered that Kui Chai... not sure if i will forget to take them home.

Kui Chai in Soi Salai-sup (silom) is also very good, Nong 1.

I don't like line up for food. It's time wasting. We have so many to choose from.

There was a little vegetarian rest. on Soi Thonglor, (I was there about 15 years ago, not sure if it's still there) the owner was a Chinese woman, quite good looking, loaded of make up and jewellery. Her husband was her helper, he was running around serving clients. She was very loud and very rude to her husband, calling him names and etc in front of everybody. I didn't like it at all. The food wasn't that good but the rest. always full. I think people liked it because it's like watching soap-opera during a lunch-break.

Sometimes, I don't understand what's the factors to make people come to the restaurants... or by those food...

1. Place isn't factor, sometime ppl like old restaurants

2. healthy isn't factor, cuz some ppl like to buy food from dirty vendors, look yummy?

3. Service, bad manner can raise up sell...

4. Taste, hardly to say, sometimes as p'Nicky said... it's not that good.
