xochoa
Just curious why you don't get them done in Mexico. It's not like the material is Thai specific. It's simply linen. You could probably go to any tailor and get the pants custom made for less than the prices that you're quoting. BTW, EB is probably serious. He has a Mexican restaurant here in Bangkok. It's tough getting authentic Mexican anything here. Yeap I found the models of the pants, but, c'mon it's not the same getting a Mariachi suite made in anyother place than Mexico, the original will be always better, or at least that's what I thought

I don't know. I think they're borrowed from Burma. Not sure on that though.

English_Bob
Hi English_Bob, I'm not a troll hehe, it's just that the last 3 days have been a very busy office day, however, I'm very interested in the fisherman pants, I know that they are easy to make and that the materials would be find here in Mexico, but nothing like the originals About the music you want, tell me which music genre are you interested in, maybe rock, pop, indi. I will be please to do this exchange I can send you as many pairs of fisherman pants in as many colours as you need. In exhange I'd like a lots of modern Mexican (or simply Latin) music. I want upbeat pop and rock. I heard some great Mexican rap and hip hop too. I play lots of types of music in the restaurant, but if I could get some up-to-date real Mexican stuff that would be great. If there is a mixture of Spanish and English languages that would be even better. You don't need to post me anything, you can email files to me if you've got them. Don't know if it would be your cup of tea(quila) Dave, but there are (and have been) some brilliant Mexican ska bands, including; Mexican Jumping Frijoles, Kung Fu Monkeys, Tarzan Congo and many others. The Mexican ska works really well since brass is such an integral part of both Ska and Mexican music generally.

English_Bob
Erm... Are those multi coloured? Usually they are only one colour. I can find them for about 150 baht a pair, maybe cheaper. If you want two colours, it may be slightly more expensive.

English_Bob
lol Alibaba site is $3 and they come from Thailand. That's as low as I have ever seen them retail. I usually pay 100 baht for a pair. If I was to buy 3 pairs, I might get them for 250 baht. But that's still $8. I'm still prepared to send them if you want. Sasie
@Dave -If you buy from Chiang Mai, you can find a lower price of fisherman pants than 100 THB a pair. At Kad Luang (Main market) near Tha Pair gate.

Sasie
@Dave - Well I guess most of fisherman pants in Bangkok are from Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai and the retailer in Bangkok must add the transportation charge + some profit ^^
