On this image from a sattelite and coming from Google Earth u can see, almost in the center, a white car driving (or should I say flying  ) and u see also his shadow. Anyone who has ever seen a flying car in real (without being drunk :P )? BTW it's an image of a car park in Perth, Australia. Anny Aussie knows the truth?

I'll give the explanation later. 8)

i'm guessing the black spot isn't a shadow, but rather a car-sized hole next to a parked car.

flying cars? sure...James Bond movie...Live and Let Die I believe...on location in bangkok too!

The Man with the Golden Gun.... Scarawhassisname

Perhaps that car you see with the shadow is suspended on a pole to advertise for the car park?

Flying cars? Sure. http://www.moller.com/skycar The time of the Jetsons may not be as far off as we may think...

yeah but what about the helpful robots? all those "year 2000" things promised flying cars AND helpful robots. there are robots, like that white plastic doggie, but they're sort of useless and clueless. hardly r2d2.,

It's a solar panel

Well actualy i think three solar panels in the same structure, so it looks like a car, separated by front and rear windscreens.

Also the position is set up to on a North/East aspect.

and when you google earth this actual car parks location it services a pretty remote boat ramp, so in order to run some minimal car park lighting a solar panel makes sense instead of running electric service out to this site just to run a few lights.

An Western Australia is a hellishly hot place most of the year round so no shortage of sun generated electricity.

So as much as i wish it were a flying car, No i don;t think they exist, i think this is a solar panel.

You might just be right Spiro, just had another look at it, with the cleared ground around it you might have solved the mystery.

Just need Thaibel to come back and give us the answer now........it's bugging me.

Ok, guys. Just give me some time. I live in another timezone and I just wake up and yesterday evening I went to a BD-party. The only thing I can say is that somebody here gave already the good answer. Now you just have to guess who did. :P

apparantly the guy who found it, was looking for a "kiting" site 150 meters to the North.....

I have google earth, a day off, and too much free time

I never saw that one, Bruce ......... I found it on a Belgian website and they give the answer, at least they say so ..........
