My Sunday night ritual of reading Stickman weekly was interrupted this week, so I did a little research and found out why.

Now I ask to satisfy my own curiosity: How do I find that Stickmans Schools homepage? I have no idea how to start searching those pictures in John Galt's page about hmm, bananas.

The comments on Mango Sauce to that article are quite intriguing and lengthy. I have read all of those three sites (Mango, Stick and Galt), all offering more or less good time.

to clarify, it's john galt who is taking the crusader stance, NOT mangosauce, who are just reporting it.

i am NOT a fan of stickman, and don't regularly read his site. i dont regularly read any of these sites, they all (including mangosauce) bore me with tales of 'naughty nightlife', and seem more directed at guys who can't get laid anywhere on earth except thailand (and even then have to pay for it). that said...

I don't think he's gonna be gone forever. J Galt crossed the line. How useful was it to post demeaning photoshop pictures of of ANYONE, especially what I gather to be educators? A shameful action regardless of Stickman.

Stickman has responsibilities to his advertisers so I don't think he'll be gone for long. I haven't really read his site in about 2 years, and I think it is primarily of use to somebody who has never been to Thailand for a vacation. Then (2 years ago) his site really wasn't nightlife oriented, in fact the nightlife link was down/under construction, etc. He, in my opinion, has taken down the present site to basically stop Galt in his tracks until he can review his content.

People with $'s saw an oppurtunity (as did stickman) to revamp his modern "Trinkesque" nightlife reviews and so hence the modern incarnation of his site. I know first hand that Stickman is seeking "roving reporters" as a link to the site and Galt critisizes the outsourcing. Why on earth I don't know why.

I agree with Zeus, if he thinks outing Stickman is fair game, he should do the same. I imagine he would get an ass kicking, without any help from Stickman or his affiliates.

this is in the comments on the mangosauce page? i'll go look, i didnt read all 2,000,000 of them. at any rate, that's frigging hilarious isn't it that mr holier-than-thou is supporting himself with an illegal business. seems 'the great galt' is a great hypocrite among other things.

prediction #1: i think the big winner from mr summers' weird obsession with stickman will be mangosauce, they carefully avoided getting their hands (too) dirty and probably got a lot of new readers as people note the absence of stickman and go there to find out what's going on. woudln't be shocked to see some of stickman's sponsors migrate to mangosauce.

i dont care what peple say, when i first started using the net about 2 years ago ,stick's site was the reason i learned to use the pc in the first place.

his readers submissions pages have had me in tears of laughter,i have to thank him as well because through stick's mention i found TF.

some people have had a good go at him this last week but at least rightly or wrongly he is trying to give another perspective of Thailand.if i had the web know how i would do the same thing.

as i said i have never been a fan of stickman, not a conoisseur of naughty nightlife, and my experience in thailand has been radically different from his (probably because i'm not interested in titty bars etc). i have probably visited his site less than a dozen times n my life.
