Be Honest - You're Not That Into Him Either by Ian Kerner You've read these yourself Lara? Yup ever since it was released a few years ago... and i keep on reading parts of it when i'm feeling sad and dramatic... although of course, things are always easier said and read than done. LOL. and so no matter what u read or good advice given to you, sometimes we're really just too stubborn and crazy to follow the 'right path'

Joopjip
Funny enough but I agree with Josie buddhism teaching books really help! Because it's only when you understand that nothing really belongs to you in this world and love comes and goes so does happiness and pain that you can truely let go. Realise that all u have in control is your heart and mind. I know its so hard to walk out of a relationship a stronger person but at least u can choose to walk out a smarter person...and when the next right person comes along u wont make the same mistakes u did. One phase i think is quite good i got from one of the books is only a stupid person will give his heart away because a body without a heart is a body without a mind and soul, therefore, it will be lost in this world and that is the true source of pain that a person feels.Dunno if it makes sense to u. GoldMember
Never really had a broken heart.Relationships go thru their honeymoon period then slowly and sometimes agonizingly, fizzle out.....As some guy once said, the best time to leave a party is when you're enjoying it most. So what is read---normally the sports pages .Your team is with you for life..right?
