laragirl
Balut [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balut] it's boiled fertilized duck egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is boiled and eaten in the shell. looks really yucky... but the taste is ok... some even say it's an aphrodisiac. theRascalKing
While I was in Japan I ate: whale sashimi .. I am against the Japanese whaling industry but this one was already dead ... and eating a few pieces wouldn't make them go out and kill another one. deep fried chicken bones .. great taste but super chewy the raw organ of a fish .. i don't remember what fish it was or what organ. i was pretty drunk various fish sashimi that my Japanese friends could only translate as: "ocean fish" .. "river fish" deep friend chicken skins .. ok, not so strange but DAMN delicious with beer!
