Steroids

why don't you do a search on google? You may get some better info. there. I wouldn't even recommend taking them unless you've been working out for some time already. Starting some new exercise program and immediately taking steroids with it is not a good idea.

Just use Creative, Whey protein coupled with a good diet and a good routine and you'll get plenty big. Forget the steroids. Steroids may cause you serious health problems later on down the road long after your body building years. I know a guy who juiced for years and now at 50 he just had to have an operation for pancreatic cancer. A coincidence maybe, but why take the chance.

Yeh, stay away from the roids unless in extreem cases where you are dealing with muscle injury to aid healing.

As well as other medical complications that may arise in the future, you would have to deal with acne on a teenage scale and mood swings like a woman with the worst case of PMS.

Creatin is great for aiding muscle recovery. Get to a gym and have the staff there recommend a program for YOU. Make sure you train smart, concentrate on good 'form' for each exercise and don't go too hard too soon, work yourself into it. Eat little and often, high protien food such as chicken (no skin) maybe four or five times a day. Don't forget your cardio exercise aswell.

Read a good magazine that can give you tips and tricks once you are into a routine such as Flex or similar.

Completely agree with the last posts. Unless you're already a fitness fanatic you won't get any benefit from steroids and they WILL change your personality if you're not careful. And shrink your todger.

There are plenty of additives you can take if you so desire to promote muscle growth like protein shakes. You will have to dedicate yourself to the gym 3 to 5 times a week and try to concentrate on strength and overall body workouts which will benefit you physically. By the time you're up to speed and up to strength then you can work on isolating certain muscle groups if you so desire.

Good books to read are from the old-school body builders in the sixties.

The above is a legend... he wrote the books that Arnie read (although he was a steroid user).

Sylvester Stallone's another good example... no steroids there either.

Here's some interesting examples....

Good luck and you WILL succeed - just takes a little bit of initial effort 8)

Yeah mate leave em alone, there are other ways.

A guy who trained in my gym, he had the same deal with his pancreas,No coincidence there.....he was a real prick to before he took the juice, and after he was a real aggro prick.

if you want to be bigger, toned. first thing is you have to WANT IT and it takes work and dedication.

it migh interrupt your current lifestyle, but work it out, if you want and do it natural.

When i started training i was 74kg's, in 10 months i went to 98kgs.

Normal diet, no sh*t, not even any protein or supplements.

just 2 hours in the gym daily.

and find a good partner to work out with, yeah one that won't let you cop out one that will push you as far as you can go.

Depends on your body type and genes as well - I worked out with a friend who also put on significantly - he put on 14Kgs and I put on 3 in the same amount of time . . .

Problem with Stereoids is the fact that they change your personality (not to the better) and you might have other more current problems, such as milk in your breasts or muscles that start growing in an odd direction, causing you to need more surgery - I've had several friends who took stereoids and while they could all beat me up easily, I still get more ***** . . .

Yeah, steroids are a great way to cheat your way to a great body. But the time it will take to get hold of them and to research which ones to take and how to take them will be better spent training. And if it all go's wrong, as it often does, you'll end up looking like the bastard offspring of a walrus and a bicycle, with a tiny willy, big boobs, possibly bald, jaundiced, toothless, hunchbacked and really moody.

If you prepared yourself for a lifestyle change it would be better. Because once you get your great body it won't just stay like it, you'll have to keep it that way. Maybe training to be fit and healthy instead of having a great body would be more motivating.

Would be best to make sure your ticker is ticking away nicely and then find out what body type you are, ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph etc, measure your body mass index and find out how much extraneous fat you've got then read some books and devise a regime that will give you a great body suited to the one you've already got. Then stop being a weed and start training. Piece of piss. 45 mins 5 times a week is optimal. Don't mix resistance and cardio on the same day, alternate between upper and lower body, mix up your regime as much as you can, low weight, high reps, heavy weight, low reps, to benefit the fast and slow twitch fibres in your muscles (you want to make sure you get that 'ripped' look) and for the love of god, don't forget your core training. Own body weight excercises are great, that means abs - crunches, the plank, chins-ups, press-ups, squats etc. Make sure your form is correct in case you put ya back out and you shouldn't need any supplements as long as you eat a healthy balanced diet.

Watch the muscle heads or anyone who's training regime seems to be benefiting them and ask them questions but remember to wait until they are between sets and don't offer to spot for them.

doses, frequency of use, complimentry exersize routine, I wanna look like...................................me, but more toned and a tad larger

10mg. 3 times a day. Work out like a tw*t. Plastic surgery.

Steroids don't tone you dude. They just make you angry enough to work out hard.

And they shrink your todger.

Hey, everything is a compromise.

Todger Vs Pecks.

Roids most certainly do contain the ingredients for muscle growth (well some do).
