Have anyone done it before?

How is it like? How to do it?

How do u feel afterwards?

Yup....

For the first few days, I felt tired, exhausted and extremely hungry!!!!

On the forth day, I felt like a new person with more energy than before.

I was more alert, active and I had lost a few kilos (not that I need to lose any, but its just part of the program). But it is not permanent unless you stay on the same diet.

I am not sure about it in Thailand, but in the west, such programs are very expensive.

Better just go on a diet of healthy living - the toxins in your body are naturally expelled any way!!!

A diet of vegetable, fruits, fish, extra virgin olive oil and water will do wonders for your body!

Mate, once you see the cost of these detox programs, you'd need the paramedics to revive you!!!

I don't think you can find an extra virgin anywhere in Thailand.

Plenty of those.....you just need to visit baby ward in the hospital.

I've been thru a Detox and out patient rehab. I was forced to go because of some trouble I was in but I had been a heavy drinker and it did me some good.

If you go you will spend your days talking about alcohol and drugs and what they do and why they are bad etc etc. If you think you might need one I think that means you probably do. A rehab is a longer version of the same. take good care of you !!
