Goodghost
http://www.cnn.com/WORLD/9708/diana/ http://www.time.com/time/daily/special/diana/ The death of the Peoples' Princess Diana. She is so missed by many. A tragic, sad fairy tale. She helped so many people & truly cared. Was it really an accident? or conspiracy? What's your view? Mazzy
Couldn't care less... How the media could turn out somebody totally uninteresting and untalented into a legend always amazes me... Nothing personal against her, I've just seen much better role models than this Paris Hilton of the 80's
Loburt
While I'm not a bit interested in all the Diana hoopla, comparing her to Paris Hilton is inappropriate, innacurate and needlessly mean and harsh.
Mazzy
While I'm not a bit interested in all the Diana hoopla, comparing her to Paris Hilton is inappropriate, innacurate and needlessly mean and harsh. Why? Just like Paris she caught the attention of the media because of her looks and upper class status (after wedding that is). She used the media as much as they used her. She did a few good things, she also screwed up a few times... So what's the difference? Same story, different decade. Cheer up Loburt, my former post wasn't meant to be offensive or anything. I agree, the comparison is not a perfect one (no comparison ever is) but the similitudes are striking. P.s. I take it you are not a fan of Paris Hilton

Goodghost
Diana was a nice lady. ...but there's a lingering question...who's the real father of Prince Harry? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/2273498.stm shouldn't a DNA test be done? Won't it affect his position as heir to the throne?

Well, there are always little stories to keep that particular flame alight; such as the evening that Diana sent one of her pubic hairs, immaculately presented in a silk lined box of course, to Will Carling. Her driver delivered said hair to Carling in a Rugby club car park. Being a man of class, he flatly refused to accompany the driver back to town and got straight back on the beer in the bar... But as far as I was concerned, she had the body of a young teenage boy after having lost her puppy fat. Anyway, I am biased as I had meet Charlie twice; he is good people, a bloke?s bloke. And no, I don't really care...
