BkkPilot
REUTERS: "A famous Thai soap opera called "War of Angels" showcases flight attendents tangled in adultery and cat fight schemes, prompting the country's stewardesses to protest the drama by delivering a petition to the government. "There won't be any more catfight scenes between flight attendants while they are on duty or in uniform in public" My enitre world collapses!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally a show describing a day in my life and they want to censor it.... I am devasted! Well, maybe somebody can help me out. I want to know the nickname of the pilot in the show - the character's name, not the actor's. I am thinking of adopting a new nickname ;-) Can anybody with broad cultural knowledge help me out, please?

BkkPilot
Guys, you are not helping. I agree with most of you. If you work for an American carrier, you take TV over any flight if you are in the mood. I NEED the (nick)name of the pilot!

BkkPilot
not *any* flight; just the good ones. they work on the seniority system and the good flights are attended by seniors. That would assume that the airlines are hiring attractive female flight attendants. There are few and far between them. Who wants to get mistreated and abused by crew scheduling for mere $20,000 a year? An attractive female has better options these days...

An attractive female has better options these days... they exist i've seen 'em. even on northwest. just not on the big juicy international flights. better options on most asian airlines as it seems they *only* hire reasonably attractive ones and if they get ugly they must take 'em out back and shoot 'em.
