Mazzy
I'm usually pretty open about eating whatever food is offered to me. But, for some reason, Ever since I was a kid, I've always disliked the taste of mussels. (I know it's a weird thing to dislike... But I still can bring myself today to eat even one of those). Hey, I'm French remember. I was eating brain & insects before I hit first grade. I wouldn't eat something disgusting only to look cool or for a dare. But I'm definitely open to trying all sorts of exotic food as long as it's safe. Sometimes, the weirdest stuff can actually taste pretty good. PJack
Overly greasy food! or over cooked I like mine as rare as it gets.In fact I had some raw meat can't remember which I was with my brother and a girl he was with at the time it was diced up and had spring roll bits I am guessing pushed through it. I am making a complete balls up of trying to explain this!! I have never seen it before or since the girl said it was an isaan dish but my gf hasn't a clue as to what I mean either. Firts experience of raw red meat it tasted yummy!! and i would have it again if only I knew what it was called!! try a beef carpaccio...that should give you a good taste of raw meat...there's probably a lot of recipes for it on line as well... Larp dip, perhaps?
