I just wonder how you guys get and decide to use it as nickname. I think each name has story. Here is my idea;

PeeMarc/PJack --- this name is for someone who is old and prefer older ... (kidding)

bcool --- might be from "be cool"?

uk_soldier --- ok..you live in UK.. but soldier... are you a soldier? or do you like zinc soldier toy?

sybian --- turbo dildo (thks to PeeMarc, i just know this)... i know the meaning but wonder why you like this one?

bigkus --- ammm...what is big?

Bruce551 --- your name and your secret number?

ghee/R.win/kingling -- your name?

Damnam1-- i know you like diving

zeusbheld/kaliris/spiroidal/bigcatbus/afook --- no idea

i think when someone think about the "name"..it might be from experiences, preferences, new attractive words, initial names etc..

the uk bit is obvious. United kingdom I prefer that to england as there is too much shame attached to that word now.

And the soldier bit was because I was due to join the army last november but they put it back until march. So i spent the last 3 months in thailand with my tee-rak.

From the army I have heard nothing so now im back in work and re-evaluating what to do next.

What I really want is to marry my gf and get her to the uk. if i join the army it may get in the way of that. So I am in real turmoil as I already passed to join and everything and is a great oppurtunity for me.

But my love is stronger then my ambition......Now i know 99% on here will dissagree with my outlook but do I care a sh*t?

But I thought it would be helpful to have an alter-ego, so I teamed up with Ultraman. Kinda like Bruce Wayne and Batman, Speed Racer and Racer X, or Hong Kong Phoey and that other dog.

Yup, my name is actually Arwin but R.Win makes people pronounce it correctly, otherwise they have to try it 5 times and still don't get it right. Plus it is shorter than my thai nick names which would be Sohm Chaay & Koh Daeng.

No it is not a problem for the thai once they see it, but english & american people mostly need a second, third or 10th shot to pronounce it so those guys are meant with "they".

this name "aaaum" (remark - i use small "a") ... i got this when i wanted to register e-mail.. i wanted to have an easy name ..like aum (my real name)... so i just put two more "a" to make it easy...

i joined TF after i finished Master Degree..and as i said once before .. i got straight A... so i use "AAAum" since then... and i also defined it... triple A means excellent.. :wink:

Wanted to be a nurse when I was about 5 years old as dad inspired me by giving a plastic set of nurse kit as my Bday gift. I stole a bottle of Hydrogen peroxide from my dad's shelf and accidentally broke it. Dad punished me so I changed my mind - being a nurse sucks. That day, I reshaped my dream - "A doc sounds better", at least dad might not punish me for that.

I studied Science and Math. In a laboratory, my good friend's arm was cut by a scientific equipment. I saw her blood and fainted. Later on I realized that I was not into Physics and Math and I fell in love with the beauty of "English language". Blood & Physics & Math changed my goal, once again.

I wanted to fulfill my dream by being a therapist but mom said I'd be too emotional to listen to other people's problem and keep thinking about those things even after work.. so I studied management instead (Right!, I am a designer now)

My big sister, my brother, brother-in-law, relatives, friends are all doctors. By renaming from Sassy to Dr_Sassy would psychologically makes me feel accomplished.
