koolbreez
I will walk hand in hand with Buddha, just as I will walk hand in hand with Jesus, or Muhhamed. They are no more, or no less, than my importance in life. They all try to teach the same principals to live by. After all they were all Sufis in religion, and life principals. Guest Philippakwan
My speciallists was actually more pleased with me looking at the meditation and relaxtion teachings from Buddhism. A book by a monk based here in Perth has been the first book that I have read in 16 years, not a miracle, I am nt going to bore you with my issue's. But the book and also some of the contact with some monks has helped me look at my life, more than what I have got from being a Christian and years of therapy.
