Chatty
Anyone has knowledge about how to taking care of goldfish injury. Someone gave me goldfish, but I wasn't ready to take care it. So I asked my friend to take care it for a week. He said it was ok. He put it in a little basket and put it in with carp fish.. he thought the goldfish would be safe there... but the goldfish got attacked from the carps...its wen (I'm not sure what it's call... the big jelly like balloon on its head) was ripped off... and scale was out... but it's still alive. What should I do? how to cure it? I put in the salt water... don't know it can help.

StevieJR
By the sounds of it, it's on its last legs.....or fins whatever you would say. Whatever you do dont isolated the sick fish from the other fish ! with the big lumpy thing on its head bursting, chances are the water has become infected. Sooooo.....Leave the goldfish in the tank to die a happy death and watch with gleee the smug look on its face fully knowing the carp fish are about to kick the bucket not long after he has gone to fishy heaven. PAYBACK !!
