 Do you know this place? this restaurant...i mean....  IMAG0545.jpglook at "a car"... thinking of.... "road"look at "cloud"... thinking of.... "sky"look at "coffee"... thinking of.... "tea"look at "Pra-rar" ... thinking of.... "(SOM)TUM Nua" -----------------------------------------------i had dinner at this place with a (girl) friend.... i took pix of food, and sent it to friends... well... in order to utilize my pix... so i should share it here too!! ...lolthis place is so famous...located on Siam Square soi 5 (near Novotel Hotel)....i got here about 7.30 PM.... well, this is the last time i think my watch is interesting...we had to wait for a while... meantime we ordered food... (while hungry) ok...here we go IMAG0541.jpgTom Yum Kra Dook Moo Oan (pork gristle soup)Som Tum Nua (signature dish)Som Tum Pra Rar(errrrrr.... sorry.... i tried a few ... and just realized i should take pic.... lol...and it is my plate)next....1207826118.jpg Pad Ka Nom Jeen (Stir fried spicy mixed chinese noodle)(errrrr.... i didnt take this pic myself... i searched from internet... at that time i thought that it doesnt look good and clear in pic... ... so..i didnt stop to take it.... i wanted to just ate right away..lol)  next.... IMAG0544.jpgSpicy Crispy Chicken....yummy!!!!OH!! dont forget....IMAG0549.jpg   IMAG0550.jpgsticky rice jaaaaaaaaaaaaa...well, a bit full now...time to discover something else....ice cream is so temping ja.....IMAG0547.jpgThere are 3 flavours of ice cream.... Pineapple, Strawberry and Fresh Coconut....as said, i went there with a friend... better take two flavours and share...BUT... i cant make decision.... so we took them ALL...lolIMAG0548.jpgOHH!! soooooooooo nice ice cream ja....well, for my idea, we paid quite expensive for Som Tum... comparing to normal Som Tum.... but i got happiness....nevermindFYI, tomorrow morning (well, this morning actually)... i will take yearly medical checkup..... hope food won't affect to the scales tho'good night : )

I never have Som Tum Nua but guess it's a new dish that's a signature dish and possibly available at this place only.

As we have various kind of Somtam Somtam Apple, Somtam Mamuang etc (I couldn't name more as I dont eat somtam that much - gimme kaoniew+kaiyang!!) this one might be Somtam with Nua (lol).. I'm just saying that it's not only you who dont know... me neither!!

Som Tum Nua (i think it's from Nua Nea = ¹ÑÇà¹Õ = confuse) is quite similar to Som Tum Mua (ÊéõÓÃÑèÇ) and Som Tum Sua (ÊéõӫÑèÇ)

Som Tum Sua (ÊéõӫÑèÇ) has Pra Rar and Ka Num Jeen (chinese noodle).

Som Tum Mua (ÊéõÓÃÑèÇ) has everything to put in.... like Pra Rar, Ka Num Jeen (chinese noodle), boiled mixed pork (Moo Yau/ ËÃÙÂÃ), Crispy skin pork (Kap Moo/᤺ËÃÙ) etc.

that restaurant has some good food. I agree the SomTam Nua is good, but I thought the crispy fried chicken wings was the best dish. There are few things more delicious than crispy fried chicken wings, som tam, and khao niew.

favourite restaurant of Paradorn.a lot of actress and singer like to go eat there.The food is nice i have to say but i am not a big fan .first it is allways crowed(have to wait about an hour before to go inside)and the owner is a real jerk.

The som tam there is good but i have to wait everytimes i go there which is quite annoying. :x I have a new som tam place to eat right next to my new apartment, delicious! :P
