Personal trainer needed
It's all about my fit and firm project. I went to the staff fitness since last week... many people who met me yesterday asked me if I lose my weight cuz I look smaller than I was, especially my butt and hips. I'm not sure I didn't use bahtroom scale an ages, I just scared. My eating habit still the same. Never skip the meal, my doctor and my friend (she is a dietician) told me it's not right way to do. I should eat 1500 cal. / day... SURE I can't do that .... at least 1800 cal. / day... for me.
and 40 mins exercise to burn fat. hrrrr....My problem is my butt and hips always flat when I lose some weight. I asked my friend who work for staff fitness to reduce size without affect with my butt... Until now I haven't get good answer. Any comment?
