Personal trainer needed

It's all about my fit and firm project. I went to the staff fitness since last week... many people who met me yesterday asked me if I lose my weight cuz I look smaller than I was, especially my butt and hips. I'm not sure I didn't use bahtroom scale an ages, I just scared. My eating habit still the same. Never skip the meal, my doctor and my friend (she is a dietician) told me it's not right way to do. I should eat 1500 cal. / day... SURE I can't do that .... at least 1800 cal. / day... for me.

and 40 mins exercise to burn fat. hrrrr....My problem is my butt and hips always flat when I lose some weight. I asked my friend who work for staff fitness to reduce size without affect with my butt... Until now I haven't get good answer. Any comment?

ahh not really, my family, father side.. most of women have big boobs and big butt.....

Y_Y It's hard to find good bikini and swimming suit you know?

you can not spot reduce or not reduce so your best option is to lose weight and try to build the muscles in those areas.

this can be done by doing specific exersices to target those areas. any good trainer will know what you

would need to do. me personally would suggest free weights, soing squats and lunges and hamstring exercises.

if you do running i would change to high intensity sprints or a high intensity biking regime. i dont know if the have the biking classes there

but those are very good.

your boobs well kind of out of luck there. womens boobs are mostly fat and water and one of the first things to shrink on a weight loss program.

Thks you guys... bicycling is interesting... but again.... I forgot how to bike...but I bike at gym

Bcool,when you lose weight,you lose it form everywhere.You cannot lose fat from just one part of your body,it doesnt work like that.Now what you can do (and you are doing it allready)it is exercice,it well help you to lose weight and also change your body shape.You also have to remember that your body need time to get a real change.Motivation is your best ally!!!

just like u..i roamed around everywhere...for fat loss but had some conditions..that i didn't wanted to get reduces from some parts..but unfortunately..every gym instructor told me that spot reducing can't be done...if you will reduce your fat it will be from all over your body not a specific place...so now as i have lost hopes ..i don't wanna get slim anyways...i am happy with what i have got...(my bf too lol)

easy=

1) 20 min before each meal, drink 2 glass of hot water (tea temperature) : you will eat less without suffer

2) train to abdominal breath, and try to "program" your body to get it 24/24 h: this will make your belly strong
