Dear all Hope you are well and had an awesome weekend. As most of you know, some of us paid Baan Kru Noi Orphanage a visit last Sunday. 21,500 baht plus loads of toys were donated to Kru Noi and children. We had such a lovely time there, playing and dancing with those little kids who did not want us to leave the place. Some of them even said to me, “See you tomorrow”!! Such a wonderful time it really was. My intention of writing this journal is to thank all the TF’ers who provided me with full support. All this wouldn’t have happened without your help. First, I would like to thank Admin and Stu_Thailand for “The Amazing Race – Bangkok” idea. I remember that, I said to Admin that we needed to organize one event to raise some funds. He then started discussing this with Stu. Five minutes later, these two came up with the idea of The Amazing Race – Bangkok. It was awesome and you guys did such a great job, dealing with those ten bars’ managers, organizing this event. Thank you!! Second, I would like to pass on my huge thanks to Tukkie. She helped me in contacting Baan Kru Noi Orphanage’s staff, ensuring that things were well organized. Also, she was the one who carried me home after the race as I was completely hammered. Thank you, you’re a star!! Third, I would like to thank Admin, Tukkie, KhunEd, Whiskers, MonkeyPhong, Jamie, Arndt, PinkStar, Puriku, lovely_lovely, POSES, Dr_Sassy, Dr_Mike and his little beauty for joining me at Charley Brown’s, having a discussion about Baan Kru Noi Visit. Thank you!! Fourth, I would like to thank Admin, Stu, Tukkie, Arndt, Giles, lovely_lovely, SweetieBabieTS, Jack (from Larry’s Dive), Bradd, Ian, Pring, Tangkvvaa, and Roland for participating in the race. I also would like to thank Whiskers and his wife, farangfarang, Junior plus some others who were also at Larry’s Dive that night to support us after the race. Thank you ALL!! Fifth, huge thanks to Admin for organizing a van for TF’ers. Also great thanks to Michael, our Santa who did such a wonderful job for the kids, giving out loads of presents, thank you!! Last, I would like to thank all the TF’ers who went to Baan Kru Noi Orphanage on Sunday. You put such a lovely smile on each kid’s face. You know who you are, thank you!! Thank you all for being part of this event. I actually have another charity project coming up very soon, and of course will keep you all posted.
