Salary decrease "Damn!! It's really sad song.

Ha ha...we had the budget meeting weeks ago. And he asked us to write about our salary next year... heck..i asked for an increase of 30%... hope he wont sing the same song

Tell him you're sad about that, because you really like the job but you can get more elsewhere, so you have to say goodbye.

Then he'll be offering you a raise and begging you to stay ;-)
