Been working hard late at night, I think I get hang over from lack of rest. Still feel tired after a nap.  What's the best remedy?

Big headache, feel a bit bitchy as well..as usual. The weather is way too hot, I forgot to turn the air-con on when I napped..O_o'

get some wakies from the pharmacy and have a double espresso with a bottle of M-150. That should do..

@Damnam1, thank you for your advice, but I don't drink coffee :S, also afraid that the energy drink will keep me up all night. Plan to sleep before might night though...hopefully.

Drink some water. it could help you from headache but could not help you to get out of bitchy feeling. hehe it's rainny now.

I drink four cups of coffee a day and I go to bed way before midnight..but I live in rather small , green and quite town. No psychos, no business trouble, just a few bitchy colleagues.

Take a few days off, saddle your horse and have some good day rides at Doi Tung..that will definitely help.

@Lollipop, I just had my first meal of the day, some Diet Coke..feel way much better but my bitchiness is standing by 24/7 I do enjoy my work, but I am dying to kill one of my associate. Would you like to come over to do the stocktaking for me ka?

@Damnam1 talking about bitchy colleagues...yesterday I just kicked out one of my associate, because she cheats, lies and way to focking bitchy....I am already bitchy, imagine someone could be bitchier than me!
