Maybe you know of guys in Asia raping 4 month old babies, however in the 6 years I have been here I have not seen a news report or heard of this, not to say it does not go on, ikewise I am sure these sick fucks operate all over the world, so any chance, no matter how remote it may be, to catch one of them then I will post on here. In civilised countries we don't do any of the above in any case. but we *do* find him and arrest him. i dont disagree philosophically with the death penalty but i do think in practice as it is done in the us it is cruel and unusual punishment. waiting the years and years of knowing you will most likely be executed but going through court after appeal after appeal... also, the fact that there have been ppl wrongly convicted. even just one.. the death penalty cannot be undone.
