Saw Quantum of Solace last night and have to say; best Bond film for a while, and one that defiinitely cements Daniel Craig's place as 007.

Could have been a bit longer, could have had a bit more 'personal' touches to Bond himself, but otherwise a rip roaring adventure from start (an dI do mean the start) to finish.

:)

Ahh.. thanks Iain that is informative movie comment as my next program in theater would be enjoying the Craig  I mean Mr. Bond, he did a good job in Casino Royale which have had said that a bit personal touches to Bond already ( he falls in love / wants to live his life with the love one etc. )

Have you ever seen The Hottie and The Nottie?

Why Paris Hilton always make face like "I'm so sexy" all the time?

And men always act like "ugly girls are disgusting" all the time?

I watched Traitor last night. It was quite good. I did not like the ending, but still a good movie. Don Cheadle is always good in his roles.

Check out here for movie info..

Why you didnt like the ending ?

Is it not happy ending ?

Well it's not a happy ending, but it's not that, in fact I don't like when they always make happy endings becuase it's not the real world. Things are not always so perfect like in many movies. I just wanted more at the end of the film, just felt like I was left hanging a bit, but still enjoyed it very much.

I ,normally, take movies as entertainment stuff. I like to see happy ending than walk out from cenima stressed after movie ended  while left hanging a bit is fine tho.

Yes this is true. I don't think any movie has stressed me. I watch for the entertainment value myself as well, but I want some movies (not all) to have a more dramatic ending. I guess it depends on my mood as well, becuase some movies I just can't watch unless I have a certain mood for that type of story.

Seen the movie since last Sunday, have been thinking what i missed in this Quantum of Solace..

Now i know what i missed.. I didnt hear classic "The name is Bond, James Bond" and "Shaken dry martini, not stirred"

Kind of seeing just another action movie.., not spy style Bond... :(

Just watch Tropic Thunder ((yeah the cruel one that make my sweetheart Robert Downey Jr. look like Rob Schneider.))

I quite like it, its a good fun, I love it when I can really laugh out loud in the cinema even I'm all alone...

Tom Cruise take my heart away.

It was a very funny movie. I like this over the top type humour. Always a good laugh for me.

It looks like the latest in the endless line of Hollywood recyclables is The Day the Earth Stood Still, a classic sci-fi film from 1951. The film is set to be remade by 20th Century Fox, with Keanu Reeves on board to star.

The original film was about an alien and his robot that come to earth to warn us that if we keep fighting each other, a distant race of aliens will come and annihilate us. It was, at the time, a clear response to the Cold War, and the remake will be updated for today's world climate. Reeves will play the alien, Klaatu.

Reeves recently completed work on The Night Watchman for Fox Searchlight, which also stars Forest Whitaker.

I'm a big fan of the original, so I was hoping for something great. I won't spoil it for anyone, it's got some good ideas and I enjoyed it, but just don't expect a great ending, or an ending that makes sense... or an ending.

Ahh the contents has been changed upon the current situation.. Do you think Keanu Reeve would made a good of the alien Klaatu ??

Yes, I thought Keanu was really good as Klaatu. Klaatu was one was of the aspects I enjoyed, and also the "your planet?" concept. Jennifer Connely gave a good performance too.

Keanu Reeves good? You are joking right? The only part he was good at was Neo, because of the sunglasses. Not the most expressive actor around 8)

See it and then tell us what you think. Michael Rennie's Klaatu was fantastic, but I think Keanu's works well too. It probably helps that he's meant to be mostly expressionless
