The Everchanging thread

The point of this thread is to change. I don't know if it will work, but here's how it will go:

I will start it with a topic. When that topic gets boring or played out, anyone has the right to come in and hijack (change) the thread topic.

Here goes: Isn't it fun to end every sentence with "na," na? I mean, it seems that you can do it anytime, na?

...

I think "na" gets overused, na?

Let me know what you think, na...

I don't use "na" with English sentence... No "na", No "lah", No "ja", No "na-ka" for me but different when I speak Thai.

I see both non-Thai and Thai whom speak English use it a lot tho'

and I see nothing wrong in it....

I don't see anything wrong with it. It's neither impolite nor polite persay, it just depends on how you use na.

this is my own personal hell: a thread that can't be driven off-topic because off topic is on topic. thanks a lot.

Sure you'll come up with a way Zeus - could present some interesting philosophical debate -

when is on topic off topic??

If a thread wanders off topic in an empty forest, does anyone care?

I guess the only way to close it would be to get involved in a flame war which degenerated into personal insults until a mod had to close it.

Where can you find someone to help you do that?

Do people not think that Russia are in danger of plunging Europe into another cold war??

Hot War, surely?

But even if there is prolonged periods of diplomatic tensions, I doubt if it can be called a Cold War.

I see Russia today are finally trying to do some PR and discuss their position with foreign journalists. I don't think Russia is trying to plan world dominance but their leaders consider their internal needs and what plays politically at home far more important than appeasing other countries... not all that different to the US and China.

China is still a more difficult entity to deal with. Just doesn't have the same border issues (apart from places like tibet which have no oil and no plan to join NATO)

Yes there is.

It's horrible.

You can find it in Foodland in the section of cut and wrapped cheeses. I think it's called "Emborg" or some other pseudo-Danish name. It's about half the price of imported cheese and marked as "local cheddar".

Thai wine is quite good in comparison. This local cheese has the texture of rubber with absolutely no taste whatsoever.

What a business opportunity for some random TF dreamer!
