Dear TF-friends,
I'm really emotional and greatful for all the reactions (PM's and comments) I got on the bad news of my brother who died on Monday, 28 November.
He was a great guy, understanding and social and always there to help someone in trouble. Yesterday I went to his home to bring the last greeting to him. I'm happy I stayed serene like my nephew and nieces, his childeren. I saw in them a lot of what he was.

I jut got the news today from my brother-in-law that he died just a few hours ago. Anybody who read my journals before know my brother, Daniel, was having a braintumor and it all went quickly (I'm happy for him that it didn't take too long). Every time I visited him, I know it was coming closer. He couldn't take care of himself anymore the last weeks. He suffered a lot from headache and final he went in a deep sleep (not a coma) and give up fighting.

I'm adopted again. A few weeks already a saw him walking around the house, like he was looking for something. Than he decided that he wanted to stay with me and started to arouse me by laying on his back and doing like he was completely mine (sounds familair, no??). He pushed his head against my legs untill I got completely overwhelmed by his gentlyness. He is my new cat.
He must be 5 to 6 months and has no name yet. Somebody have an idea for a name?

Due to the chicken flu, the government here decided that all ppl who keep some chicken have to keep them inside?
Because 1 of my hobbies are chickens and I love them too much. I have too many to keep them all inside and give them a comfortable and suitable place.
So, I would be happy of some of u, my TF-friends, would take some of them over for the duration time of the chicken flu.

Well the 'dangerous' chicken flu is reaching the outskirts of Europe. Coming over Russia from Asia, the chicken flu reached already Eastern Europe. They decided now that everyone keeping chickens or other birds, hv to keep them inside their nest or a covered place.
My poor chickens use to run all over my little garden all atumn and winter when we can't cultivate anything because of the cold. Now I have to leave then in their cramped nest. I give them a little bit more space by covering part of

Today I visitid for the first time my brother since he got the news 10 days ago about the terminal cancer (braintumor). A little bit late, but that was agreed with his wife that I wouldn't come from the first week. Too much visitors make him quickly exhausted.
