nope wallace.....no alcohol....thats the hardest one......

i think its based on the cigarettes.,.....cause I smoke when I drink......else I dont enjoy it.....I think subconsciously my mind says....have a drink ! (then we can smoke) ....

anyway ....I'm not addicted to any one thing....just the whole package of bad living.....time to break the trend before i head overseas...

just had to turn down a "steers" burger......for those not in the know "steers" is the south african version of "mcdonalds" except....its fully totally awesome and addictive .....they actually use meat for one......

damn you journal....! damn you guilt projecting health freak society !

I bet it's gonna be a REALLY long month for u.

but if u can get through 21 days straight, it'll become ur new habit.
