How do you gauge your life, your achievements, your failures? With experience, knowledge of previous mistakes and victories won are great teachers but how do we really learn? Do we simply take notice of life itself or do we take heed in the advice of others and witness their time spent in the pursuit of perfection? To whom do we measure success against? Being truly satisfied with your own endeavours, is that enough? Is it right to feel the need to compete against a never ending succession of people who will always fare better in life's lottery. To be reflective and analyze...Is this really healthy and productive? Looking at one's self and not liking what you see....I'm a coward to answer my own questions.Relationships....How do you fix things that seem impossible to mend...To be truly sorry for past errors in judgement. If you are repentant to the point of suffering, do you deserve forgiveness? Sometimes being sorry can lead to being sorry for one's self...Where loss and loneliness are replaced with hate and only understanding for your own predicaments. Knowing you have let down and do continue to let people down...Maybe you set out with good intentions but somewhere, somehow they are eroded by selfishness and the ability to turn off your emotions...I do love, I just feel I'm suited to be on my own.Anyone for tea?
