We got on the road at 1:45am! Some bet against a 2:00am start.... Nya nyaa nya Nyaaaa!!!! Says Ris. A caravan of three vans and one car set off through the dark streets of Bangkok. Traffic was aparse so progress was quick to get over the Chao Prayo river. At the third gas/pee stop, Khanitta asked her group, 'who is that guy in the yellow shirt that's following us. When we stop, he stops. He even gets us to pay his petrol!' Duhhhhhh! Maybe because he's one of us! Some people don't function all that well without their kidneys..... ahem...

We arrived dockside at Lake BoOang half an our before the sun dawned. We offloaded the vehicles and loaded the barge... no one fell in the water! ....We still not get there yet...soon woohoooo

We are fully wired to Internet and will update as the day progresses.
