untill... (my)dinner (III)
this journal comes back again... i'm at home, have time and also want to please my family (eerrr.. i'm sure how they would feel after having dinner... lol)time to show off : )there are 4 dishes today a) Fried Minced Pork (i did this menu since "until...(my) dinner vol.1"... but that time i didnt show how to cook... so i do it this time)
... minced pork
... + 1 egg
... + garlic, black pepper, coriander roots and coriander seeds
... + oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and a bit of vinegar
... + bread crumbs
… mix them… till it’s sticky (in the pic i hold it and they stick together)
... shape it
... ready
... low heat
... DONE! 
Naam-Prik Tuna
... red onion, garlic and chili
... roast them
... till soft and acrid smell (i sneeze a few times... that means it's ok tho')
.. put them in mortar & pestle
... seems ok
... tuna in a can
... squeeze
... mix them
... fish sauce, sugar, lime juice
... mix again
... DONE! : )have with fresh cucumber and boiled cabbage
c) Squid VS Chili Paste
... squid
... garlic and chili
... sweet basil
... spring onionLet's do it

... mix with chili paste
... DONE!
d) Tom Kha Kai
... drumstick
... pork blood (i prefer chicken blood but i cant find it)
... kaffir lime leaf (from my garden)
... chili
... lime juice
... galangal
... lemongrass
... mushroom
... cabbage
... coconut cream
... coconut milk (more intense)
... boil coconut cream
... put kaffir lime leaf, galangal and lemongrass
... drumstick and salt
... wait
... put mushroom and cabbage
... wait
... pork blood
... chili and fish sauce
... lime juice and DONE! (i put lime juice in a bowl, not in a pot)bon appetit see ya
