I tried shopping therapy...which created another problems....I really can't get away from bkk right now. I will try excercise harder though.

Anything that will take your mind off of your predicament should be helpful. Reading, excercise, hanging out with old friends, movies, shopping, short day trips to new places. Just give it some time and all will be better. Try not to bounce into a "on the rebound" relationship. Be picky!! Good luck
