Chang Doe
wow Kus, very well sung.Do you take requests?? Thanks Ted, sure i do take requests but wont promise that I can provide as requested.. Here! Here! I've got a wish! :-) How about that Ooy Kahtorn song you mentioned? Must be a real challenge to speak out/sing the content from "Nuek Siah Wah Song Sang". Here's the farang edition with english subtitles Unthinkable for a german singer to perform words like these. Too uncool. Too devoted. Too oldfashioned. (as you know it's one of my favs since a long time :-) Btw. assumingly it's a bit the same situation in Thailand. Maybe it's not all easy to admit that one likes that old-fashioned stuff ... furthermore from Isaan  It's much cooler and hipper and classy to be into modern or western stuff. It takes something to stand for 'hardcore emotional' music. Am I wrong?
Stramash
now you can't see the full title of this thread from the forum; all you can see is 'What's your favourite Thai tea' So I guess you can't sing 'cha yen with orange blossom water' then??

Damnam1
sad music, sad story, yet a great piece of thai music - not the typical thai tear jerker: http://www.pbar.info/rawang%20music%20video.wmv I am afraid, there is no copy on youtube and I do not dare upload it for copyright reasons. But take the time and download it to your PC. No virus, it is worth the download time. There is another one which is quite nice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyKZORnC6nY&feature=related and I should not forget to mention good old Aed - since I come to Thailand, I like his music very much: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fu-ynOm0VrU

drlovelife8
I don't now if a song has been made about it yet, but I shed a tear when they finshed the witch-hunt on the great Taksin. Country is still reeling.
