English_Bob
On Sunday, a few of us were discussing movies - but the most shameful movies you can possibly admit to liking. Four days ago, I thought my worst favourite movie was Hudson Hawk.... I know the critics panned it, but I enjoyed it. Then today I realised there's a worse one... Kung Pow - Enter the Fist... It's hilarious and awful and here's why....

Have to agree with both Hudson Hawke and Kung Pow, though with the former I think they were trying to make a good movie while with the latter I think they were deliberately taking the piss! Hazel
It was a 1990s movie and I could not remember the name. But the movie made it into some prestigious lists and won awards. It's about a young killer couple who went around killing people for the fun of it with little provocation. Even the shameless news reporter who just followed them around just cos he wanted to be the only one covering their news got killed by them in the end. The she-killer was molested by her father (or was it stepfather?), ignored by her mother and the he-killer ended up killing her family in revenge; the last scene of her family showed her telling her shocked younger brother at the bloody scene that he was now liberated. The ending showed the two of them doing some blood love pledge on a bridge.

I'm not sure it counts as a bad movie - it was groundbreaking and innovative at the time. I bet you like The Notebook or Titanic. Now THOSE are real contenders... Bodai
Speed Racer, it got horrible reviews and was extremely corny, but I watched it about 32 times so far. Edited April 1, 2011 by Bodai
