laragirl
I haven't really been paying attention perhaps, but the past few days I've been stuck in traffic from Silom to Petchburi/RCA... I noticed a lot of vandalized walls with "King BNE" and stickers that says "BNE was here" Who or what is BNE? Anybody?
Admin_2
It means "Bob's Not English" and it's been posted by English_Bob all around Thailand as some sort of a freakish backlash against the system. Actually, I have no idea what that means.

SweetieBabie
In 2006, SF mayor put a bounty on his head of $2,500 in reward for clues that would help apprehend BNE sticker vandalism.

Stramash
I have also noticed a similar trend of this sticker pseudo art here in the UK; someone is going round every city putting the same stickers up. I think their artist name is 'gouranga' as all the stickers say is that word (an anagram of our ganga perhaps?) and the phrase 'be happy' I blame the drugs... CobraKai
I went to school with a kid who, inspired by Scarface rapping "I wrote my name in 99 different places" on a Geto Boys song, went around our school tagging "Scarface" on every surface possible. Next to every one he'd put the number denoting which one in the series it was. He stopped at 99. By about number 20 every teacher in the school was out to find out who it was doing it, and it got mentioned in a special assembly. Back then he was viewed as a criminal and a vandal, now post-Banksy, he'd probably be hailed as some sort of genius.
