It's not fun, but if you take out the regulator and keep calm, it's not too bad. Aren't you meant to puke through the regulator? :eh: regulator gets f**king clogged full of puke .... not pleasant 25 metres under water !! u can then purge it, but it ain't a fun experience !! I once puked, pissed and sh*t myself all at the same time while diving, they call it the 'Full Monty' I believe. trust beej ... he's been there done that ... but better !!! The guidelines say that you keep the reg in the corner of your mouth. You puke to the other side but nor through your reg. I learned to dive in cold lakes here in my home town (4 degrees below 12 meters depth). Shortly after my OWD in 1995 I made my dry suit diver and went to Scapa Flow/Orkney Islands and in 1996 and 1997 I dove all the german wrecks and blockships there. Those were the most thrilling and challenging dives I ever did. On a red sea dive trip with my instructor I saw a true masterpiece of dive control. Emil had diarrhoea from yummy egypt food and went round the reef corner to have a dump. He went down to the ground at about 25 meters and kneeled, took of his jacket and put in front of his legs, laid his weight belt over his knees and pulled down his wet suit and had his dump.
