So, is anyone planning on going to the TF tonight (today? - 01.39pm)?
'Cause if not, I guess I'll be hanging out at Soi Cowboy by myself.
That'll be a hoot.
TF-friends!
Finally I get to come back to Thailand and BKK - if only for 4 weeks. I'll be in BKK from December 14th. My big plan is to hang out in the city of my heart most of the time. I'm also doing a gig for the aid organisation called Plan and will make a reportage from their projects in BKK/Chiang Rai/Sisaket. I'm so excited!
I really hope to get to see as many of you old and new TF-friends on this trip - considering that this internet community is where I got most of my friends when liv
Oh, God. My beloved TF friends. Time is flying and I still miss Thailand very much. I keep daydreaming about returning and seeing ya'll again in a big "Keena is back in Thailand"-event. Oh, well.
My second year at the university in Oslo is over, and next year I'll start studying Chinese - so it looks like I'll be going to China next.
Please stop by my blog if you get the chance

My momma
I went to see my mother today, and took a few photos I'd like to share.
My mother is from Hua Hin, but has been living in Norway for 22 years.
She's a pretty cool momma.
Hi, ya'll! First of all, congratulations on the TF re-design. Good job! I've seen pictures from the party you guys had, and I really wish I was there too. So it's already been more then a month since I left Japan, at it feels pretty darn good to be home - despite the cold and the snow. I'm almost embarassed to say that what I've missed the most is Norwegian food stores, clothing stores and tv-channels. And work. Not very sophisticated, I know.I'm finally back at my beloved university in Oslo,

I know you guys must be tired of all of my photo journals. But this will probably be the last one - at least from Japan, for now. I'm returning to Norway in a couple of weeks, yay! Unfortunately there's a lot of snow and very cold in Norway at the moment.. blah So I went to Kyoto this weekend. I realise there's mostly photos of kids - but Japanese kids are SO cute, I can't help myself!

I've been busy with school lately, and haven't had the time, or money, to go anywhere. But here's a few random pictures, mostly of my friends and classmates here in lil' ol' Japan, that I've taken the past few weeks. A little boring maybe.

Hi, you guys! In spirit of Mother's day, I would like ya'll to meet my momma. She's from Hua Hin, but spent many years studying and working in BKK before she went to Norway as a 29-year-old.
I cant 't imagine how difficult it must have been, leaving Thailand and the busy life in Bangkok, coming to this God forsaken country..
.. and winding up raising these couple of crazy kids all by herself..

I completely forgot that it was the constitution day of Norway until my mom called to wish me a "happy birthday". But this year.. Helium balloons are a BIG thing on the 17th of May. The vendors buy them for 60 baht each, and then sell it for 500 baht. And 80% of the kids usually end up accidentally droppin
Hey, guys! I know it's been ages since I've added anything - the truth is, I don't have anything interesting to say, haha! But here are some of the pictures taken with my new camera from when I was in New York last week. A little windy.
Mmm, mistery meat, my favourite..

Hey guys, remember me?
Just took a look at CherieAtwoods pics from the event at Gulliver's, and they made me remember how much I miss you people.
I´ve been back almost two months, and already my stay in Thailand seems so far away. Maybe I just imagined it all!
It's still good to be back, but I sure miss bumping into Ghee at Tesco Lotus On Nut (AND Stu at the immigration office, AND Admin whom I'm frequently stalking, AND Deester at MK), browsing near-future TF events and sucking in all of
Ahh, I'm home!
Well, I've been back in Norway since Monday last week, so I've been here a little over a week now. In many ways it feels like I've been home three months already, haha. I thought I was going to miss Bangkok straight away, but so far it's good to be home. It's awesome with the clean air and ****. Todays temperature was 22.8 degrees celsius - that's Norwegian summer for ya!
I was getting bored the last month in BKK, not having school to go to and all. I thought I would be mi
.. at least that's what my mum says everytime she has to go back to Norway.
Jep, jep, my flight is at 11.55 p.m. tonight. Tomorrow I'll be stepping on Norwegian ground.
I can't believe I've been here a year already. My Thai language skills have improved enormously and I've had an awsome year enjoying life.
Through TF I've met so many nice people. When I first came to Bangkok, I didn't know anyone at all. Luckily Idar introduced me to this site. You guys have been so welcoming and made me fe
... how it seems like arab guys "in civil" can be the most agressive type when they're out clubbing. It just grosses me out how they're supposed to be all conservative and ****, but they're the one's drooling and making comments.
Last night I saw the most hardcore arab guy, with his bin Laden beard and everything, picking up this ladyboy in a skimpy outfit with gigantic boobs almost poking his eyes out. His wife(s) at home probably wears a tent and has to ask permission "from a male relative"
