I never believe in any craps they say about Mother in law can be your worst enemy. I'm still single, not married, but in a committed relationship for 2 years now. I first met my future mother in law one year ago. We took a few trips together along with my BF. She treats me nice. And I've always been treating her like she's a part of my own family. Sometime my bf even mention that his mom probably likes me a lot that's why she treats me that way. And I'm on my best behavior with her, always treat
It has been a while since my last time in TF. I'm trying to be a mature woman who handle things in my own way. But the relationship I'm having is driving me insane. And I feel that I have no other way to express my feelings without TF. Sometime I just want to open the window and scream out on the top of my lung. The worst is I start doubting myself if it's me who is the crazy one? Is it right to feel the way I feel? Will normal people feel the same way I do if they were in my shoes? Is the real
When the wound is infected, the doctor will use knife and scissor to cut infections and remove dead tissues around it. The process can be gruesome and painful. Worst of all, it can be repeated as many times as it takes until the infection is completely gone. And that's what I learnt first hand after my leg operation. These last 2 days has been the most painful days. In comparison, wound infection is even more painful than the operation itself. Every time it happens, it felt like the doctor is cut
You won't believe what happened to me. First, when I got to London Heathrow airport, my flight was cancelled. So, I went to British airways counter and asking for the next flight to Holland. An assistant for British airways told me I was lucky to get the last seat on that flight. Then I waited 3 hours at London airport. So boring. Then after I got to Holland, British airways lost my luggage. So, i have only the carry on bag with me. There must be like 20 more people who couldn't find their bags
A lawyer married a woman who had previously divorced ten husbands. On their wedding night, she told her new husband, "Please be gentle; I'm still a virgin.
What?" said the puzzled groom. "How can that be if you've been married ten times?
"Well, husband #1 was a Sales Representative; he kept telling me how great it was going to be.
Husband #2 was in Software Services; he was never really sure how it was supposed to function, but he said he'd look into it and get back to me.
Husband #3 was

5 am someone knocked at the door. My roommate rushed out to pack her stuffs as she will be leaving early with a private limousine. The bus came to pick the rest of us up around 8 am. We got to the airport around 9 am. Plenty of time to be wasted since my flight is at 1 pm. I tried to find some place I could sit and hooked up my internet. Yes, I missed TF and I can?t remember when

Last day of diving, the boat took us to the famous Richeilieu Rock. The sky is bright and clear but still many waves. On the 3rd dive, we went back to dive at Tachai. It was the deepest dive I ever made 36 meters. The water was so cloudy; visibility was so low that I couldn?t see anything further than 2 meters from me. So when all divers got off the boat, I was left behind lost

<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Bell rang but I still want to sleep. My body aches everywhere from 2 days of diving. The boat took us to Koh Bon for the first dive of the day. Koh bon is famous to be the sight for Manta ray. Everyone was hoping to see it. But we didn?t.
After breakfast, we dived at Koh

7 am and I woke up in to a rainy and cloudy day. Someone mentioned it will be the worst day of the trip according to weather forecast. The boat kept rocking right and left. The glasses on the table made some noises as it hit each other. The pens keep rolling back and forth from one edge to the other. Dive leader came in and gave us info on the dive site. I was stumbling to put a we

The bell rang around 7 am. I woke up but want to get back to bed since I hardly slept. The boat was rocking all night plus the a/c was too cold. 8.30 am everyone had a cup of coffee before jumped off for the first dive. It was a perfect first dive. I was a bit scared that I will have equalization problem like last time. But that didn?t happen at all. The water was warm and quite

I looked at another 2 empty seats next to me while sitting in the Bangkok Airways flight to Phuket. Outside there was the most beautiful sunset I ever seen. The sky was in dark orange with contrast deep blue and bright yellow streaks with the sun in the middle of it. The aircraft crew announced that we will soon arrive. Outside the window there was a small storm. I felt a bit frighten as the ai
This is the longest time I ever spent away for diving. For the past 2 weeks, my feet hardly touched the ground. I was on 2 liveabroad boats in 2 diving trips which only one was planned for. The other one, someone was cancelled and I took his place.
I wrote journals for each day I spent out on the boat. Literally, I had nothing much to do on the boat. Thank god that I took my computer with me. So while other people took a nap, I wrote journals.
Hopefully the pics won't take forever to downloa
Sunday afternoon and I found myself rushing off my house heading to Marriot Resort and Spa. It was my first time there at this hotel. The light breeze blew in to my face as I entered. Filurina was next to me as we both looking for the wedding reception. We walked through the rocky corridor and found Jeff and Cherry. I was glad to meet them both. It was such a long time since the last time we met. At the end of the corridor, we found another two of our friends standing next to each other in front

My dad is in to fish breeding. And 2 weeks ago, the eggs turned in to baby fishes. Now our tank filled with about 100 baby fishes. They eat small red worms for food. And they are cannibalism.

Some say, if you want to know about the country, then you should try to learn from its locals. Indonesia is very different than other country I have been to. One obvious thing is the heritage of its culture. For once, I get to see things I never thought would still exist, like a man whipped a lash on 2 cows to make them walk with the wooden carriage or even the horse taxi ride. The fence that decorated in red and white inspires by the national flag. The Christian church strangely located right n

First trip to Malaysia. And My idea of Malaysia is not even close to what I saw in front of me. The city reminds me of California somehow. Especially in the residential areas where all the houses are mostly scattered in one area and the high rises in another. Most signs are written in English (some are Malaysian karaoke). Buildings are highly architecture with contemporary structure and decorating. KL also has huge shopping mall that stretches for 4-5 kilometers walk. (And I thought our shoppin

Not planning ahead and one day my mom told me she will be free for a week and she wants to go to Koh Tao. So, I'm back to Koh tao once again with my mom and it totally changed my perspective of my favorite place.
First of all, everything seems to go wrong for some reasons.
The plane arrived late, so we missed the boat. We decided to stay over in Samui for a night to get the next morning boat. Then shuttle car mixed up the name of the hotel so they didn't pick us up. We have to take the taxi t
