Well, things are happening at Absolute.

Firstly, I would like to announce that Tui (Grezzzy_Grezzzy) who a lot of you have met, has joined us as Assisstant Manager. Tui has managed and opened several Pubs around Bangkok in the past, and I am very much looking forward to working with her in the future. Welcome aboard Tui:)

Starting in around two weeks, we will have a new Menu which has been written, and is now being designed and printed. As the current menu, it will have both Thai and international food on it, but the new one will offer more popular Pub Dishes.

On the 7th September, we will be having a grand opening party for the 3rd floor. I will be posting more about that very soon. One of the features will include a nightly Bbq Buffet on the Balcony.

Within the next few days, we will be starting a new head Chef, and a new Sous Chef to add to our existing Kitchen team.

Now I will just sit back, and wait for the Comedians to take the piss, and the moaners to moan:)

Giles - Yes, I quite agree. The current Manager spends far much time with certain customers, being UNCLE STU, while they pour out their troubles.

I thought he spent most of his time looking at hot new female bar staff ;-p
