I was reading an article from an Indian based news paper called the Khaleej Times Online and it was about a debate between an open debate between Marine Le Pen, daughter of National Front leader Jean-Marie Le Pen, and Oxford University academic Tariq Ramadan who are polar opposites for all purposes note worthy.

The fact that these 2 individuals can come together for an intellectual discussion and open debate is a much bigger thing than some might realize. When an open debate is allowed to take place no matter how heated it is at times people when dealing with 2 who are at such ends of the spectrum will end up at the middle. Plus they often can find more middle and common ground than not. The recent problems France has had with muslim immigrants and immigrants in general made this debate even more interesting and something I hope I'm to find some video of.

Now the point of the journal... is as noted by other this is becoming the opposite of tf lately. Some seem to have never have learned the rule if you have nothign good to say do not say anything or at least nothing more then some school yard insult. I post my journals which I made more brief because of comments, pm's and testi's about their length so yes I do not post more links with information or site more sources... if you're that interested you would do that yourself and see I'm posting my thoughts for discussing. I do not do it for you just rmable off insulting names, ignorant comments, or other such filth. Really to those who do grow up

Some have been great and posted in great contrast to my views very pointed comments and some included inks or books recommendations for me to link at with other info that might be something I haven't looked at before or skipped my view or reading. I do however pretty much never delete others comments if nothing else shows their childishness and ignorance... while claiming mine yet stating nothing to refute me just slinging a childish insult.

Bottom line if you ahve nothing of any intelligence to contribute just don't bother.

oh and incase you didn't get it the mistyping of discussions was intentional and to point out how you spend more time commenting on my mispelling instead of what I wrote. Plus beej also proves my point to the nth degree. For someone who almost never posts anything and seems to only post profanity laced hate filled speech. I guess it's why he grabbed a muslims photo for his own .. trying to live up to a stereotype I guess (rather racist and insulting I'd would say).
