Geri 0 Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Happiness may be the result of one's time and effort. (Not all the time though.) Link to comment
grezzzy_greer 2 Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Hmm...happiness is the reward...time and effort is the work...but it's not always necessary to put in the time and effort, but without it...the happiness may not last.... The investment? That is the love you give to others... Link to comment
petey 0 Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share I think happiness comes from inside you. Invest the time and effort in your personal happiness. And hopefully you will attract others who are happy as well. But you can not provide happiness for another person, if they do not already have it inside. All your investment will be wasted. Link to comment
Nave 0 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share If you intend to make someone happy and wish for something in return, then it's an investment. But I have found that my happiness comes from just watching the stars or hear the waves. Does that make it an investment? God knows !! Link to comment
Lurkerette 0 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share i think it's a bonus. investing in something means u put in something and expect the benefit or returns.. Link to comment

Vento 0 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share for once I disagree with Ghee. Personally i refuse the concept that you must be suffering in order to be happy. It is one of the many reasons why, despite the context I grew up in, christian preachings never convinced me. Link to comment
Rodinos 0 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Investing in ones happiness, can make one happy! Link to comment
Rodinos 0 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Sharing happiness, happens naturally, there is no investment considered. Link to comment
Kerry2004 0 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share You manage your investment portfolio (by diversifying into diffirent investment vehicles, industry sectors, etc.) in order to maximize returns. Happiness is similar to investment in the sense that you have to manage your priority in life (health, money, life style, relationship, etc) in order to maximize your, well, happiness. Rodinos 0 Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share AAAum!! Many ways to get happiness, though very difficult to keep consistency. Meditation is the door where true happiness can be found, but many do not believe. Every where in Thailand are many temples, the reason, because one man found the answer. Link to comment
