spending my time in the kitchen again.... 5 more day off to go... till Monday 20th April... since the government kindly permitted and announced this Thursday 16th - Friday 17th are holiday...i was expected to stay at home all day... lazy to work... but once when i got what i wished for.. i feel strange instead...anyway, just enjoy the gift...right? : )another recipe of mine... easy to do but take time.... ... when get tanned enough... move her to a stew cooker now let make soup or sauce... by using a pan

... sugar & black pepper & salt
...ketchup
... put them together
... madam & servant together in the cooker
... yes, swimming time
... and wait... i kill the time by watching "ghost rider" moviewhen...enough to swim... put soup or sauce back to the pan
... put corn flour there
... move your hand real quick... if not, corn flour wouldnt melt
... put everything on plate and then gravy sauce
... DONE!!!wanna give you bonus plate... "Kai-Jeaw"

... mix egg with tomato and mushroom (i prepared checken stew that time... and was hungry... thinking about something.. so grabbed things nearby)
... and with fish sauce, soy sauce and black pepper

... dried shreded pork... add sweet taste....... imagine!... put Kai-Jeaw + rice + spicy&salty&sour sauce + dried shreded pork.... ammmm... no explaination!another Kai-Jeaw

... DONE!!just need that sauce... this Kai-Jeaw is already sweet!have a triple A meal, everyone
