In a sudden...all the responsibilities come to me. My boss is gone to the US for a conference with Bouquet's parents That leaves me the only senior in my company

And I heard the bad news that the relative who is looking after Bouquet, lost her father from motorcycle accident this morning and she'd have to leave for the North ASAP !And that leaves me 2 kids to look after Also I'll be having 7 visitors from the US on a business trip that are coming in this afternoon  I know I can handle that..I know I need to talk to myself in the mirror and get that super Navie power....1. Take care of the whole company2. Take care of the niece and nephew3. Take care of the mega project ( thank God its running too well ..and we're not behind the work )4. Take care of the team from the US I know what I need to do..but as for now..I wish I could have more time to settle but well Life is challenging if you really wanna have fun with it..and I never prefer an ordinary life anyway.

believe me or not..im so multitask and im doing the hell better than what people expect !!!!!!! or even better than normal people do

and what the hell im doing over here is updating my journal

things are all taken care of

in 10 mins with 3 phone calls and 5 short meetings since 8.30

I must say im not so great but i have a great team...so if you dont understand i think u 'd rather shut up

Nave i will face the same thing... my boss leaving for US end of this month... and i can't take any leave during that time :-( It should be more fun without boss :-p but I will not be able to have any short trip^^

thanks to know ur in the same boat hun .... but now all the decision is with me...so as digging up my niece and nephew from bed at 6 in the morning..force them to sleep by 9 pm.... biz meeting with those 7 Americans (who probably have never stepped out of the country before )........

I'm doing alright..just need to organize my thought and prioritize my stuff !!!!!!

talking about the trip...i have not claimed my vacation for years

ie get some one who is responsible to look after the kids, the rest can look after the company and contact you by phone if they strike a problem. Relax and enjoy :-)
