I got an accident in the kitchen last night ...............

I am worry now if i get some scars on,I am not a beautiful woman , I dont want to look worst

some part of my face got burnt (red spots),some got cut (covered)

any medicine or facial cream ???

any advise?

can not wear cosmetic for a week... not sure I can wash my face using baby soap

there is a product over here called 'bio oil' - http://www.ciao.co.uk/Reviews/Bio_Oil__5319184 - dont know if available in Thailand or whether you can order it online to be delivered to Thailand - it is used by many women during pregnancy to reduce the chance of stretch marks but also by women who have any sort of scarring. I had a friend whose arm was a real mess from self harming when younger - she used this every day and it does reduce the appearance of scars. Hopefully yours will disappear naturally but if not, this is probably the best product you can buy!!

I had a car accident in 1987 when I was 19

I broke every bone in my face and did permanent damage to my eye

Hence the pirate patch

I also had many facial scars that have now become almost invisible

My doctor gave me a clear cream to reduce scarring very quickly

Just wish I could remember what it was called for you

I will check my medical records and try to find the name of it

There exists a cream that can reduce the formation of scars.

I have no idea where to get it in Bangkok but try the pharmacy and I'm sure they can direct you to someone if they don't have it.

Time obviously makes a difference so the sooner you get it on the better.

When you get the bandages off and everything is healed up some go get some Mederma. That is supposed to help with makeing scars go away.

It think the red spots will heal very quickly and you wont notice them soon. I cant see the cuts so cant say about those. I would however avoid getting too much sun on your face as that will show up any marks more, also change plasters frequently and keep the skin clean and moist with fresh water to help it heal quick.

Most people have a few scars somewhere on their face I know I have many some from accidents when young and some from adulthood so I really wouldn't worry too much as long as you eat healthy your scars will heal quickly and soon be unnoticeable.

vitiman E cream also helps the skin heal.

dont let the cuts and burns scar over.

to do this you need to keep a antibiotic cream on them plus have them covered like you do.

once some new skin forms that will not scar up you can start adding the vitiman E cream

or the other one that others have mentioned... but keep the area moist

try and stay out of the sun till they fully heal.

even after they full heal keep using the creams

if there still are some scaring issues that you want to get rid of them something like derm brasion treatment

but that to me is kind of drastic for something that looks so small... and you still are cute and sexy anyway
